Ohio Valley General Hospital was undergoing significant changes to meet the changing needs of the community beer and improve the already excellent care provided. To help reposition the hospital, Elisco was hired to provide guidance through the rebranding process and develop a strategic marketing communications plan and creative.
Based on planning sessions facilitated by Elisco with the community and the hospital, the agency developed a marketing communications action plan that provided a clear roadmap to the rebrand. The agency then worked with the Board of Directors, Hospital CEO, and Marketing Department on messaging. To re-launch the hospital, Elisco developed the new name, logo, tagline, identity, signage, and ad campaign that included billboards, print ads, and more.
